Chaikin Oscillator

Chaikin Oscillator is another moving average oscillator based on Accumulation/Distribution volume indicator which compares the day's closing price to the intraday high and intraday low through the following calculation:

volume x [(close-low)- (high-close)] / (high - low).

The figure is calculated daily and then a running total is kept. The Chaikin Oscillator is created by comparing the three-day period moving average of the Accumulation / Distributionto line to the ten-day period exponential moving average.
